"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"We stayed at the Rose & Crown in Tonbridge for one night while attending a party. Unfortunately, the room we were given (Room 47) was very disappointing. The room was shabby, with dirt on the floors and curtains that didn't properly cover the window. The tea and coffee facilities included two mismatched mugs, and both were dirty. The beds were also mismatched in size and had simply been pushed together, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The carpet felt warm and had a musty, unpleasant...

"Room was clean and tidy on check-in but because it was very hot the room had no AC but they supplied a fan that did nothing to keep it cool. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bar was well stocked and had all the drinks I needed. Breakfast was delicious and being a vegetarian the vegan full breakfast even included my favourite vegan black sausage. We had dinner in the restaurant which excellent and the waiting staff were attentive."
