I love this hotel! So convenient when traveling. The only downside is there are no toiletries for women. Definitely designed by a man for a man.

Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience ...
