I would give a five star because the unit was really nice and we had no issues except the elevator was broken during our stay with a 1 year old. The front desk staff did assist us with our luggage thank goodness. Abraham was very helpful.

The beds are super comfy, and the tv has various different apps and channels. They provide one thin blanket, if you ask for a spare they will ask you to pay, which I think is very unreasonable. Not the cleanest of places.

This was a good sized apartment with one bedroom and a sofa bed made up on arrival. The apartment was a good size, good quality and with a well stocked kitchen for plates, cutlery and cookware. Tea and coffee facilities were also available. I would happily stay here again and would recommend as a cheaper alternative to 2 hotel rooms when travelling with a number of people.

We had a a very good stay at this apartment, kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint will be front door had no insulation so conversation in the hallways around the elevator sounded like people were in the flat.

Lovely stay! Very convenient for visiting canary wharf! Initially we didn't like our room as the door opened straight onto the main street so we were able to change immediately. The second room was much better, very clean, felt very safe and so great being able to save some money and cook our own food. Would definitely stay again!
