"The room we were given upon check in was terrible. Tiny and moldy! Nothing like the photos on your website. We asked to be moved and we offered to pay more but they couldn't move us until the next day. So we moved the next day and the new room was worse. Same thing when we asked to be moved. After paying $400 more and moving rooms 3x we got a room that was bigger and more updated but still not the photos on your website. Staff was all over the hotel but I'm not sure what they were doing. The pools are tiny and no service for food and drinks. The only good thing about this resort was the location if you want to walk to check out different places to eat. We paid way too much money for this hotel."

"This was my third stay at this property which I return to because of the beach access and the incredible staff. Although the facilities are dated the location with a private beach is ideal for a get away vacation. I particularly love the club level rooms in the “newer” of the two buildings. To sit on your balcony while viewing the sunset is beautiful. You can also sleep to the sound of crashing waves. The staff is outstanding (Lisbeth, Alejandro, Nicholas and Oscar) they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend the property especially the beach access."

"This was our first time visiting this hotel, and the experience was truly wonderful. What made it even more special was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. As visitors from California, it means a lot to see that our people and our culture are never forgotten. It was a pleasure to visit our beloved Mexico and feel so welcomed. We would like to especially thank Junior, Carlos, Miguel, and Juan at the pool area for their outstanding service. Also, a special thank you to our guide Jimmy, who took us out on the sailing excursion and made it a memorable experience. We would also like to recognize Josué from housekeeping and our butler for their excellent attention and professionalism throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our visit so enjoyable. "The Conrad Punta de Mita is a gorgeous property. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Food was quite good, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the concierge service was a lovely bonus. Checking in and checking out was seamless. It's a great place to relax and the pools were many and quite large. Only two small complaints were that 1) the king bed we had was quite firm, which isn't my preference, but I'm quite sensitive. And 2) not all the restaurants were open every day, but it was low season, so I suspect this is probably necessary as the hotel was not very full. No other complaints whatsoever."
