"Very lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Bar had great drinks and snacks. Well appointed rooms with a very comfortable bed! Rooms were also quiet and kept noise out for restful sleep. My son got ill while traveling and the staff was very helpful in getting us cared for and following up. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely boutique hotel in a fairly central location close to the metro, but being in amongst pedestrianised back streets it's also quiet. It's walking distance to a most of the central sites. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, rooms aren't large but are well furnished and maintained."

"Beautiful large room, looking onto a small quiet street. Continental breakfast was very good. Fantastic location in the centre of everything! Note that it can be tricky getting an Uber or a taxi to this location as it’s within the car-restricted zone of Valencia. We had to walk about 3 minutes from the hotel to the central mercado with our luggage to meet our taxi when we left."

"The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and the fresh flowers made it feel especially welcoming. However, we had to carry our own luggage to the room. The breakfast service was excellent, but the food was good. The views of the Cathedral of Santa Maria from both the room and the bar on the fifth floor were wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable."

"Very well-located hotel in the best part of Valencia’s city center, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and many of the city's main attractions. The location made it easy to explore Valencia on foot while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of three. The staff was very accommodating and provided everything I requested, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Valencia."

"Have been to NH hotels before in Spain and have always liked their breakfast. We had a room on the 6th floor. Window facing the court which probably was good considering the busy street that the hotel is located at. Very charming decor. Small, but efficient gym because there was both mornings only the two of us. Breakfast didn’t disappoint. Staff very helpful. Can recommend."

"Friendly and helpful staff! Liked that there was nspresso and kettle in the room. Our train wasn't leaving till later in the afternoon so they provided us with a storage locker to keep luggage in after check out. Also gave us complementary water(s) when we were leaving cause it was so hot out."

"Great location! Super central to wonderful restaurants and major attractions. However, the beds were strange. We received 3 twin beds, 2 of them connected by one bed frame. The walls and floors are thin. We could hear the guests above us and on our floor. I was also charged for ice which I thought was strange. None of the other 2 hotels I stayed at - in Barcelona, and Mallorca, did such a thing. But the location is truly great and Valencia is a beautiful city."
