The hotel itself could easily be a 5-star property—rooms are spacious, featuring high ceilings, designer amenities, and intricate colonial-inspired decor. The refurbishment has been done beautifully, making it feel like staying in a treasure cove. The staff are exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. However, a few aspects fell short. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and lower-quality ingredients, more fitting for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast area was often crowded due to limited seating. Additionally, while the rooftop terrace has great potential, it feels unfinished and lacks atmosphere or charm. Overall, this is a stunning hotel in a prime location, but improving the breakfast and rooftop experience could elevate it to the next level."
