"A traditional Austrian hotel set in the quaint village of Igls just outside Innsbruck. Great location as bus stop just outside hotel and very easy to get into Innsbruck and to activities around Innsbruck. Tram also a 5 minute walk away another good transport option for getting to Ambras Castle, forest walks, and into Innsbruck as well as being the scenic option. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed half board and the hotel served traditional Austrian food in the evenings...

"This property is brand new and the shower all filled the bathroom with 1/2” of water the staff was unable to assist. They made piles of towels to block the water from the poorly built bathrooms they are all like this. No concessions could be made by the hotel"

"The only thing missing was air conditioning. I booked because I thought it said air conditioning but there was none. However, I will say this is one of the prettiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and the location on the river is amazing. The type of hotel you make a trip just to stay at the hotel"

"Prima hotel om te overnachten in de buurt van de Brennerpas, schone kamer met fijne bedden, ontbijtbuffet was oké alleen tafels werden niet afgeruimd dus dat maakte het wat rommelig. Uitcheck was goed georganiseerd en ging snel. Parkeren is gratis en bij het hotel."

Super zuvorkommender Empfang und Rezeption.
Unterkunft, Zimmer und Wellnessbereich - 1 a
Punkt Abzug lediglich für den Bereich Gastronomie und Orga. Zugewiesene Tische wurden während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach gewechselt. Erklärung nicht nachvollziehbar. Personal wirkte hier etwas hektisch.
Resümee - definitiv zu empfehlen. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten."

"The staff spoke great English and were exceptionally helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests. The building is older and lacks air conditioning (very few places in the area seem to have it) but it is very clean. The older style wood finishings and stained glass windows are very charming. The coin laundry room in the basement was also very helpful. Overall this hotel seems to fit the vibe of the area perfectly. My partner and I would stay here again without hesitation!...

"Personnel need to be aware and trained that they are working in a service industry.
Male staff especially needs to keep a check on their daily frustrations while projecting emasculation. Care and respect for female traveller is an unwritten rule in which every service staff is aware about.

"The staff personnel were all professional, personable and helpful. They provided Laundry service (for a fee) for stays longer than one night. The service was worth it and convenient. Breakfast was World Class with a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, eggs, Lox, coffee(s) and fresh fruit! Although about a ten minute drive from the city center it was not an inconvenience at all. The location is great for visiting the Swarovski Crystal Museum which should be a must stop if visiting...

"Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Italien und haben eine Hotel in der Nähe der Autobahn gesucht. Deshalb haben wir uns für den Reschenhof entschieden.
Leider lag das über Expedia gebuchte Doppelzimmer im Altbau. Dieses Zimmer haben den Charme der 90er Jahre und hatten auch keine Klimaanlage. Bei 34 Grad Außentemperatur eine Katastrophe!
Das Fenster zu öffnen war auch keine Lösung, da hier direkt die Bundesstraße verlief!
Hier hätten wir uns vom Hotel einen Hinweis oder ein Entgegenkommen...
