"Eu cometi um erro na data da reserva. A recepcionista não fez esforço algum pra me alocar em outro quarto, mesmo com um longo histórico de hospedagem neste hotem. Quando uma outra recepcionista me attendeu, foi mais solícita, mas eu já havia reservado outro hotel e ainda precisei pagar a diária do estacionamento do carro.
