"The hotel is a fantastic place to stay for families visiting Osaka. We were travelling with two young children, and the staff were very friendly and assitive throughout the stay. The hotel has a games room with games for all ages, and a fun quest activity to find a hidden room in the hotel. Nice abd close to attractions such as Kuromon Market, Sennachimae Kitchen Street, and not too far from Dotonbori. Several train lines nearby make accessing the rest of Osaka easy. Multiple food options nearby...

"難波で観光をする為に家族で利用しました。ホテルや部屋に入る時はパスコード入力、チェックイン、アウトにQRコードをかざす等便利でした。(事前にホテルからメールが来る) お部屋も広くて内装も綺麗でした。駅から近いしコンビニもあるので便利！(裏にあるお店のたこ焼きが美味しかったです)また大阪に行く時は家族で利用したいと思います。 ※初めて部屋のドアを開ける時、扉が重くてなかなか開かずちょっと焦りました。"
