"Well organized apartment with everything you need for cooking and washing. The shower is a religious experience! Brand new and very comfortable on a ped-only street. Restaurants below but noise not an issue. Only drawback is 35 stairs- not great for old knees. Highly recommend!"

"The room was very loud at night on Friday and Saturday night in particular, even with the windows closed, and the noise went until at least 2 am. And there was no AC (or at least it didn’t work) so we couldn’t keep the windows closed. Made it very hard to get a good night sleep. Toilet was also stinky and the smell penetrated into the room."

With 2 people, 2 suitcases and 2 back packs there was minimal room to get around the bed or into bathroom. The bathroom is in a glassdoored room so if you’re not comfortable on the toilet or showering in front of somebody, get comfortable. "This is a lovely hotel, very clean, nicely decorated. My only negative point is that the hotel was hosting a corporate event in the bar one afternoon, we were made to feel we couldn’t use the bar area and were made to feel very unwelcome at that point. We did get service but not without feeling awkward. Other than that the staff were helpful and the room great."

"The hotel is situated about 10 minutes from the centre of Bologna. It’s an easy walk and means you are in a much quieter area. We stayed in the Residence building which isn’t part of the main hotel building. The room was nice and big, plenty of space, the bathroom was small but adequate.
