"Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "

"Great hotel in the heart of Port Louis. Rooms are large and well-equipped. The staff are extremely helpful, relaxed and professional, they make you feel welcome for sure. "Sehr tolles Hotel. Große Essensauswahl, wenn auch für meinen Geschmack zu indischlastig. Strand direkt am Hotel und sehr klar. Es gab sogar noch ein paar wenige Fische beim Schnorcheln zu entdecken. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich. Die Weihnauswahl im All inclusive Paket ist riesig. Wadie ist besonders zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind gut. In der Sauna ist leider Textilkleidungspflicht, was in DE sehr ungewöhnlich ist. Es gibt leider nur eine Sauna. Es gibt viele inkludierte...

"The staff is excellent and exceptionally helpful. Special thanks to receptionist Dini, buggy driver Sanjeev, trip coordinator Melanie, and the wait staff who remembered everything about us. Met some delightful people. The grounds are lush and beautiful. Temperatures of air and ocean are ideal (Oct.). Caution for those who have difficulty with stairs or long walks. There are workarounds, but they require golf carts (“buggies”) to be called."

"Very friendly staff and well maintained property. Only disappointment was that we booked a sea view room and there was NO sea view.. it was a pool view! Plus beach is not swimmable out front. Dorado was delicious in the Clipper restaurant which has a lovely view. "
