"Excellent location and a beautiful place to stay! The personal interaction with the check-in staff member was phenomenal. He even checked in with me after the first night to make sure everything was working properly and that I was happy with my stay. Highly recommend! I would return tomorrow if I could!"

"This unit had no air conditioning. There were fans that were covered in dust. The portable air unit was blowing hot and cold air. The number I called from the page after not receiving any check in details, had a very rude lady answer. The unit had a very foul smell."

"We ended up staying in a different apartment Caire 1 as they emailed to say this one had no air con working so changed us. Communication was good. There was a couple of issues I had to contact them about before arrival and also on arrival as code didn’t work but they responded very quickly and the issues were resolved. Apartment was lovely , clean and comfortable and a good location for exploring Paris. Would definitely stay again if we return."

"We really enjoyed our trip. This apartment hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, with easy access to the subway. The building and unit were easy to access with codes. We felt very comfortable in the unit, which was clean and bright. There is a small grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. "Logement propre, malheureusement les explications pour récupérer les clés et monter dans l’appart depuis le parking été bien difficile à comprendre et mettre en œuvre, 35 min afin de trouver l’accès et réussir à monter à l’appartement. Aussi, pas de volets sur les fenêtres du salon, ni clim , ni ventilateurs… au vue de la canicule, nous avons vraiment mal vécu notre séjour… C’est dommage le logement été sympa en dehors de ça."
