Perfect place to stay in Paris

Absolutely fantastic Will return in the near future

Relaid 12bis was absolutely perfect. The room was beautiful and the location was brilliant. The hosts, Leo and Phillipe were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were a delight to meet. I would definitely stay here again😊

Wonderful room. Great service. The hosts used to run a first rate boulangerie in Paris and so the bread and cake could not be better.

A gorgeous home in France’s most lovely countryside, birds singing outside the window and a stream running by. Thanks to Fabienne for a delicious breakfast and handy tips on places to visit. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful rural location when we were touring Europe. The peaceful and quiet rooms are tastefully decorated with plenty of rustic charm which we found endearing. Thank you Anne and Clement for your hospitality.

Wow Bruno the host, what a guy! I have to speak of him first. I had only an over night stay but i was meeting a place that didn’t land until 6pm the next day so Bruno allowed me to use the garden an the pool, provided me with a towel an a bathroom to use an even hand delivered me fresh coffee. Also offered me beer on arrival but I had my own. The room was spotless on arrival, it breakfast just right the croissant were fresh a flaky a the apricots hand picked yummy. This is a very nice old house with just 4 bedrooms. Although I was late arriving, the owners were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was somewhat limited but this is not uncommon in French hotels. Room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Modern bathroom fittings. Good WiFi. The hotel is fairly close to Versailles and close to the RER station to get to Paris or Rpoissy airport.

This hotel was just around the corner from the Arc de Triumph. The owners and staff were super friendly and personable. We felt very welcome! Breakfast was included, which was excellent. My only regret is that we didn't have more time in Paris. We would have loved a couple more nights here and if we visit Paris in the future, this will be our first choice.

Good clean rooms, character property.

We found our hosts to be welcoming, interesting and helpful. Wished we had visited in the summer so we could have enjoyed the gardens. Will definitely go back

Lovely space and lovely breakfast! Wish we could have stayed longer

When I arrived late the gracious lady of the house offered a home cooked dinner which I gladly accepted. It was simple and delicious. I was hungry and tired and it was a great relief not to have to go out in search of a restaurant. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. She also assisted me with an adaptor- forgotten at home- so I could charge my devices. Very sympathetic all round and I highly recommend this characterful, period building. The accommodation was spacious and pleasant...a spa type bath with hand shower

The room was beautiful and in nice location, has a great view of street. The owner was very kindly, provided map in English and Japanese, information of museum and sightseeing, taking care like reservation of dinner and TAXI. It was very helpful we took contact by mail anytime, and help us when we in trouble with strike and lost the way.

Clean room, very friendly reception which gave great list of local restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay
