"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is superbly located in the heart of Montreal, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean.
The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, particularly the Spanish receptionist, who genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was exceptional and is a real asset to the hotel.
The only slight downside was that the room was quite small, although that’s perhaps to be expected for such a central downtown Montreal location.

"Stayed here for 6 days with my son. He had a lot of food allergies so it’s important that I find a place with a kitchen when I travel, to allow me to prepare his meals.
This hotel was ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT! The location was great, close to shops, subway was a 3 min walk. Hotel staff was super responsive and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel was very accommodating after my flight got canceled and I had to book another room for 1 night. The hot tub was nice with the lounge on the 14th floor...

"Excellent location if you want to be in the old city and walkable to restaurants. Room could use some updating such as a new mattress (ours was largely indented/without support on one side). We also encountered some drainage/plumbing issues that once reported could not be fixed. Otherwise we enjoyed the visit."

"Excellent location, very convenient, very nicely decorated room. Newly renovated. No receptionist but easy check in. Not a great part of town if you have a car. (Don’t bother renting a car.) Very clean. TV only works with your streaming subscriptions - we couldn’t just watch TV."
