"The location was great. The staff was kind, helpful, accommodating on every way possible. We had two rooms and they allowed us to have an available room immediately and later they offered a bigger room. The only problem was the water pressure in sink and shower and hot water often in the sink instead of cold. We will stay here again."

"I picked it for the airconditioning primarily and I’m so glad I did. It was HOT in London. Staff was friendly and courteous. Lovely breakfast offerings. Nicely remodeled rooms and common areas. Would stay again. "

"Was handled by Sarah and she was amazing, made us feel very comfortable. Very professional and welcoming. They had limited parking spaces but we were lucky to find one on site. Room and bathroom was clean, comfortable and not bad for the price. I do think they could do with new bedding and carpets, they do look old. In their emails they state free breakfast subject to availability which i thought was misleading as they had told us we had to pay £7 extra for breakfast. Regardless was not bad "
