The staff is nice, the room is clean. However, we think the laundry can be improved because it takes two tries to dry the clothes completely.

The location is lovely and so are the staff. The room was nice and cozy but efficient. However the walls are very thin and the noise curfew was not enforced at all—people were up until 3:30 am partying in public areas—making it difficult to fall asleep. Clean room with great view of Busan port. Luxury building. Plenty of towels. Free bottles of drinking water provided. Less than 10 minute walk to Busan train station and Busan International Port. Café and 24 hour convenience stores located on shopping plaza (floors 1 to 3).
