"For advertising a 12M renovation, they skipped some things that needed done. Rooms were renovated but the bathrooms left mostly untouched. I get it if the outdoor pool isn’t open but if you advertise an indoor pool, it should be open and clean all year long. Also, lots of little things broken (tiles in elevator, moldings in hallways, etc). Definitely not worth what we paid to stay here."

"My room had visible damage and smelled terrible. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, so the shower made the entire room extra humid and stuffy, especially because there was no way to get any kind of fresh air in the room. Possibly the most frustrating part of the experience was the parking at the hotel is not included with your room and is $30 a night. Then, there is the bar downstairs. The rooms all face inward into a giant lobby and bar, which would be very cool if you couldn't hear everyone downstairs all night in your room. I really cannot overstate how loud it was both nights I was there."
