"There was no microwave in the room and breakfast was soooo expensive. $11 for half a stack of pancakes. Also one of the people that work there told me it was a 20 minute walk to the stadium. It was a 20 minute drive to the stadium I would have never been able to walk there."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Indigo Atlanta – Vinings. I prepaid for my stay through a third party, and at check-in I was told my card would only be used for incidentals. "Everything was fine overall. Shower is poorly installed. Room 320. One side was higher than the other causing the glass not to seat in the guides, allowing it to swing in. I have a toddler so not very safe given how large and heavy those doors can be. The bottom is loose and poorly caulked allowing the floor to get very wet. The flooring is buckling beside the shower floor pan, so its obviously an ongoing issue. The pictures of the "luxury king" room on thr Expedia did not match what was...

"It was clean and quiet. Bed was nice and comfy and the check-in process was fairly easy. They even let me check in early! "

"The room was clean and the majority of the staff provided good service. There were so cosmetic issues with the property and the elevators were a little concerning. Given it was a busy weekend the hotel was sold out, which lead to lukewarm showers and lots of slamming doors. Take screenshots of quoted prices and options selected on Expedia. My total was more than $100 higher and I was charged prior to my arrival but could not “prove” my claims."

"We checked in at 3:30 and it was warm in our room but we thought this was due to AC being turned off but really the AC was broke in most rooms. When we got back in after attending braves games at 11:00 P.M. it was even warmer. We asked a staff member and the AC had been out since the day before. They did not even warn us at check in but told us at almost midnight we could leave and go find another room. The staff was terrible and made no accommodations.
