"The young man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The nice lady cooking burritos was very friendly, greeting is with a big smile. Her food was excellent. However, the woman there when we left was very cold and short with us. The rooms are another story. The first room they gave us (122) smelled like pets and the shower enclosure was peeling away from the wall showing black mold. They moved us to 127, which was cleaner, but that room smelled like smoke. I would not stay...

"Reservations that were made ahead of stay suggested a reduction of $23.00, but I never received it upon arrival at the hotel. The actual dates of stay were changed or recorded inaccurately by the website, which necessitated that I change my reservation to new dates once I arrived. Terrible, terrible, terrible!"

"This little, older motel property is a delightful treasure! The location just off 4th in Yuma was very convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants. Their price is so affordable and the room with great amenities was an unexpected treat on my trip across AZ! The pool and pool patio area were sparkling clean. Their staff was courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this motel!"
