3rd Avenue Inn

"The property and the room were very clean. The exterior paint looked like it was recently applied. The description of the property said that it is ideal for one person only . That is true. There was a one double bed. The bed was comfortably firm. The only thing I disliked was the room air conditioner. The A/C unit was placed directly below the front window. This is very common in hotel rooms. However, the curtain was a little bit too long. As the cold air blew out of the A/C unit, it hit the back of the curtain and was redirected toward the floor. This caused the cold air to try to blow under the bed. However, the bed pedestal was surrounded by sheet metal and so the cool air then blew around on the floor of the hotel room. The parking lot was very difficult. You had to make a three-point turnaround in order to go out the common entrance/exit."
