"Hi, we were only there for two nights. There was not enough storage space for two people's belongings. There were no drawers, just one shelf and a limited hanging area in the wardrobe, which was shared with the iron and ironing board. The bath tap was very stiff and hard to turn. The soap dispenser in the bath wasn't working. It wouldn't plunge down. I tried turning it both ways to see if it would pop up, but no luck. The washbasin plug didn't work. "Da un hotel quattro stelle mi sarei aspettato di più. Colazione molto scarsa, solo con cose dolci. Se vuoi un uovo, un pezzo di salsiccia o qualunque cibo caldo devi ordinarlo e pagarlo a parte (piatti da 23 sterline..). Personale non sempre cordiale. Ottima posizione, ma come hotel non vale assolutamente ciò che si paga."
