"Air conditioning was broken. The first staff I contacted did nothing. The second staff sent a maintenance guy. He changed the filter which was extremely dirty. However the AC still did not cool the room. It was cooler outside than in the room."

"Probably one of the best views and hotel room design. Loved my stay. Keep in mind that it does take almost 2 hours my public transit and an hour by taxi to get into Seoul tho. I chose this location as it was convenient to get to the airport on my last few days of the trip"
