"Food ok and most staff ok. Main problem we had was the bed surrounding light switch would not turn the lights off so we had to sleep with the light on all night. Reported this to receptionist and a guy followed me up to investigate. He said maintenance would fix this. Reported this again throughout the day and a no show. We went to bed yet again with the light on and the telephone rang just as we were dropping of to sleep after 12. Did not answer as we didn’t want anyone trying to fix this whilst we were trying to sleep. Reported this YET again at 7 in the morning to the guy on reception saying we have had two nights trying to sleep with the lights on. I pointed to a guy in the background who had come up with me to the room 2 days ago. The receptionist thought this was really funny with a large smirk on his face, I said it’s not funny at all! Within 10 minutes an engineer came up and went and sourced a new switch and fitted this. Not very pleased how the reception handled all this."

"Hello, we decided to choose LuckyMonkey as our hotel for our anniversary. That was very convenient for us to be in a center of Antalya 15 minutes from the airport and very close to all activities. The breakfast was included which one was a plus .When it comes to cleaning of the room. I will give two stars. The rooms weren’t clean. The bedsheets were changed every day but they never clean my room or the bathroom .Atmosphere and view when it comes to the restaurant and the beach area, it was 10 out of 10 bartenders and stuff by the beach were awesome. We loved it. There was party at night time right by the beach. Which one we are really enjoyed it. We loved Antalya Turkey highly recommended . thank you to the stuff. For making our stay very comfortable."
