I didn't let it spoil my time in the pool, but the energy was definitely different than anyone else at the property!! My husband and I loved the bungalow on the beach!"

"The shuttle drivers were excellent friendly and informative. They waited for us 3 hours past our pick up time due to our flight from Dallas being delayed. It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money over the price of a regular taxi. Good food"

"The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. "Would stay again, and 100% recommend. Fantastic location, makes everything in Placencia very walkable. Property was clean, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The chalk board welcome with our names was a nice touch. Toucan Jacks, while not a part of the property itself, is an outstanding adjacent business that makes time spent at the property very pleasant.
