"I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the housekeeping services during my recent eight-day stay. The information provided in my room stated that cleaning, as well as fresh linens and towels, would be provided every three days. However, during our stay, the linens were never changed and the beds were never made. We had to specifically request towels on two separate occasions when scheduled cleanings did not occur, and trash was only collected twice throughout the entire duration of...

"Just a big gap under the door about an inch but other than that everything was pretty good."

"The room was comfortable but you could hear people moving around in the room above us. Fortunately, we were on the first floor. I don't believe they had an elevator. The breakfast was marginal at best. I did enjoy the coffee. Despite my thoughts, we'd return when the need occurs."

"Definitely not a three star hotel. Hotel is older and has had repairs. Still needs some updates/repairs. We had no issues with staff, they were all polite, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel and the room were clean. Overall, decent stay. If I had to stay there again in a pinch I would, but still prefer 3-5 star hotels."

"I wanted to extend my stay but the price went up by more than double, I asked if they matched hotels in the area and they said no. I checked out and gave their competition my money for another 5 nights! The breakfast was the same thing for my 3 night stay so nothing great. French toast sticks were so hard you couldnt bite into them. I own a business and if someone wanted competitor pricing I would give it to them as I do not want to lose them as a customer!"

"The bagels in the morning were all moldy. Once I told a worker they put out new ones, but clearly the bagels weren’t checked when they put them out. The bed frame was extremely loud and squeaky that made it impossible to sleep if someone was rolling over. It was OK for the price, but was really disappointed in the moldy food."
