"The room itself was extremely clean and the hotel was charming. Breakfast was very simple - coffee, granola and milk, fruit, toast and jam - but it was $8 so about right. I wish there were more amenities available. There was no ice, no refrigerator or microwave in room, no hair dryer available at desk or in room. They're obviously recently renovated and working their way up. So for the price point you get a nice place to stay, but don't expect a 3 star hotel."

"I stayed at Mt Williamson on a business trip. It is early in the season so the place is not humming in its operation. The room is rustic but functional. There isn't much amenities to speak about. What bother me to most is the poor sound insolation. My unit is close to the main road and at night when big trucks and speeding motorists speed by, the noise penetrates the room and it would be difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper. "I stayed for 2 nights,nice small motel.Snacks provided in room we're a nice benefit.Owner is very friendly and helpful.He asked me if I was enjoying my stay,on second day.Its conveniently located and easy to find.Theres a Taco truck with great food,only a very short walk down the street.I will like to stay here again, when I go hiking from Onion valley trailhead again."

"Make sure when you book a room through a third party you ask about having your own restroom. I booked one with a community shared restroom and shower. Not what I expected but other than that room was just fine"

"You get what you pay for. You get a room and it’s a cheap option. Rooms were fairly clean and small. I didn’t like the sheets and the pillows. Didn’t feel or smell fresh. Refrigerator was loud as heck. I probably won’t be coming back. But it’s definitely a budget option."

"What was unique about the property was the staff. It's a family owned operation and they greet you with a basket of goodies when you arrive! They are very friendly and helpful and know everything that's going on in Big Pine, as far as good places to go to eat. The room was very clean and there were lots of tissue boxes and free samples for the guests to use. Parking was great, each parking spot had a number that matched the room number. I will definitely go back !!!"
