"I really wonder how this hotel got its certificate of occupancy! For Palm Springs this may be an ok price, but from a Nationwide point of view, to charge $300/day and have a building with such a level of deterioration and deferred maintenance is outrageous. I’d recommend to the owners of this property to have a structural assessment done. The walkway adjacent to room 216 with its railing and roof supporting framing does not appear to be sound and it is definitely out of plumb. This problem...

"The first time we stayed, it was excelent. Totally worth 150$. 2nd time we stayed, 200 a night and we got a room which the bathroom was completely destroyed. Door was broken, faucet was broken, shower wouldnt drain, toilet handle was inaccessable. Just ruined the stay. Management said they inherited the property like that. "
