"The staff here were sooo amazing, it was just kind of frustrating our sink was leaking everywhere and they kept having to come back and forth with tools so we felt like we couldn’t really leave the room and we were only there for a day"

"The Jacuzzi wasn't working, we notified staff and where adviced that they were going to notified maintenance but it never fot fix. The pool bar never opened up which that's the whole point to going to Palm Springs to have a drink by the pool. The rooms are poorly remodeled and stains everywhere. This a 2 star motel."
