"Apparently this hotel is under new ownership and it shows in the worst ways possible. The staff at the front desk were some of the rudest people I’ve ever had check me into any hotel in my life. One staff person, older woman with brown hair, was insanely unpleasant not just to me but to the people who were in front of me at check in and check out. "The property was average if you are spending just a weekend it is great. When we entered our room there was a smell coming from bathroom we could not make it out what it was. The showers were too small and in that small space they put up racks for shampoo and conditioner which could have been next to shower. "

"The room was small and the bed was definitely not a queen. It was more like a full sized bed. Before I arrived I requested for a room with 2 beds because there were 2 of us. They originally agreed but when we arrived they refused unless we paid an additional $150 per night. So we had to share a full size bed in a tiny room. But they had a nice pool area. Overall the hotel gave Bates Motel vibes. "

"Honestly the pictures make it seem so much nicer with full kitchenettes but it’s not even true we paid almost $300 for a little bit bigger of a motel 6…. They had a microwave & small fridge with cups that smelt awful. Bed is so uncomfortable, shower is a small square can barely move in, bathroom door didn’t shut fully.. scared anytime I peed that the toilet would overfill. Chunks missing out of the tile from the bathroom… just overall not worth the price. They make it seem like it’s close to...

"Lovely Hotel with Warm, Old-World Charm. Hotel in quiet residential neighborhood with low-key, relaxing vibe. Great for people who want to rest, relax, read by the poolside and enjoy what Palm Springs has to offer (hotel is just 3 or 4 blocks from main drive with shops, restaurants and museums). Bed comfortable, small private patio where you can have breakfast or a late-in-the-day drink."
