"Very lovely place to stay for a long weekend. Good quiet location. Some restaurants in walking distance and very short drive to downtown area. Staff were super friendly. Coffee and breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries out in the morning. Snacks with wine and beer out in the afternoon. Very nice outdoor area with pool, hot tub and fire pit. Rooms were nice, a little on the small side. Some areas needed a little TLC, nothing major. Beds and bedding were super comfortable. Would stay again. "

"Everything was wonderful! Free convenient parking and breakfast included with a wide selection. Our room was lovely and had a very comfortable bed, little kitchenette and a great shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The Hotel California is a lovely place!"

"Apparently this hotel is under new ownership and it shows in the worst ways possible. The staff at the front desk were some of the rudest people I’ve ever had check me into any hotel in my life. One staff person, older woman with brown hair, was insanely unpleasant not just to me but to the people who were in front of me at check in and check out. There was another guy at the front desk with white hair who seemed to just straight up ignore people as they came in. Our room was not ready at 3 and...

"We did not use amenities because our room alone was is in poor condition, very dusty and dirty furniture. A giant monster moth that owned the place before we got in. There were holes in the blinds from the moth being in there for so long. Overall just a very uncomfortable experience."
