"This hotel was way overpriced for what you get. The pool was dirty and like taking a bath there were ants everywhere. There was no dresser in the room to put clothes. You have to pay $24 per day plus tax to park. The staff have really ugly attitudes as if we did not deserve to be staying on their property and we were locked out of our room at 11 o’clock on the dot before we could get our stuff after housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:59 asking us if we were leaving . We will not return to...

"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the host. Lovely unique property that felt like you were staying in someone's home rather than a B&B. Very comfortable room and the highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Our kids loved cooking their own pancakes at the table. Property very close to the beach and all the amenities in New Smyrna Beach with the bonus of on site parking. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend Inn on the Avenue."

"Ocean views were amazing, and the balcony was a cozy place to enjoy morning coffee. Room room and overall maintenance needed attention they were clean but could use paint. Staff was friendly but we did not get maid service for 3 days and had to go to the front desk and ask for coffee, towels and a broom to sweep ourselves."

"The hotel needs to be renovated on the outside of the building! Paint is chipping off the balconies and there’s lots of visible rust. In other words, it’s eroding due to the salt. Also the fences are chipping and have been for the past 2 years. Our ocean front room was very nice and spacious! View was amazing!!!"
