"Lovely hotel, very modern and clean. Had fantastic views from the top floor. We were on floor 28 and the skyline was great. Bed very comfortable and it was expected from a 4* hotel. Chicago is a business city, reminded me of a bar man set as its high rised buildings and slightly darker from the shadows of these buildings. Locally there was a few cafes and coffee shops for easy reach for breakfast "

"The evening cocktail time was ridiculous. I don’t drink so I only went to partake in the “delicious nibbles”. What a joke. It was a bowl of some strange bar kibble, an empty bowl of potato chips, a bowl of some wet slop with nothing to use to dip Into it. Here’s what really irritates me. "Very old. The entire place needs to be rebuilt! Carpet in hallways and the rooms are dirty and disgusting. Bathrooms are old. Definitely needs to be painted though out. Not worth the money at all. The only nice thing is it has two bedrooms in one hotel room. It was convenient for a family of 4."

"The room had an odor and eventhoufh it’s a landmark building with some renovations, there were not enough outlets, no coffee pot just sat on table nowhere near an outlet to plug up and make coffee. Complimentary water should be available not just $5 bottle in room. The hallways need air freshener. It just gives old vibe overall."
