The air conditioner made a loud rattling noise all night. Despite the air running all night we woke up multiple times sweating throughout the night. The hallway smelled terrible. Over whelmed buy insense or cheap carpet cleaner powder or bug spray. We could not find another hotel to check into that night or...

"The property is under renovation, so we assume everything will be in good shape when they are done. The exterior looks terrible, but the lobby is very nice since it has been done. We stayed on the sixth floor and were told by the staff that renovations were still happening on that floor. So guests with the sixth floor rooms had to walk on carpet padding to get to and from the rooms. Probably not ideal for the padding. Also, in the early morning hours, our smoke/CO2 detector started chirping. We...

"This place is definitely for working men that don't care at all. If you are a female I wouldn't stay here. The outside is gross. The check in area where the breakfast is supposed to be is gross. My room was ok but I didn't want to walk barefoot. Something gross on the floor. Then, I had a huge bug crawling around on the floor. I called the front desk and she was rude until she came in and saw the bug. Then she was at least a little nicer and got the bug out for me. Definitely cancelled my rooms...

"Bottleworks is very unique hotel- beautiful restoration of the Coca Cola factory. Very spacious rooms and hallways with interesting exhibitions like an old photo cameras on the wall. Nice area around and parking garage just across the street - 18$ parking. Will stay there when I visit Indianapolis !"

"When you come close to the property then you realize that you have made a mistake. Its smelly and a bit scary. Entrance was not welcoming. The hallways were dim and scary. The room is OK, but the bed was metal and didn't feel very nice. Linen was just OK. Fridge had a fridge smell. Bathroom was OK. Floor had no carpet but was OK. Do not rent from the webpage picture."

"Checked in and checked right back out. The staff was helpful, but the hotel and room were not good. Trash from the front desk to our room and the room itself had stains on the floor and ceiling. Our bags never even left the car."

"The room smelled of strong fragrance, was tiny, and very loud. It sounded like my window was open the entire night. It was absolutely not worth the amount of money I spent. The staff was fantastic, but I would never book this hotel again unless it was significantly cheaper."
