We were so pleased with this hotel. Everything and everyone were very friendly and welcoming. The ladies in the cafeteria area, Valeria and Rosa are great!! We are planning to book this hotel next time we visit Indy.

The room was nice, the shower head was loose and sprayed everywhere but i tightened it and fixed the issue with it not spraying fully. The beds were very comfortable, no sleep because loud outside the windows but not the hotels fault. I enjoyed my stay and breakfest was awesome. Will definitely go back.

Beds not really comfortable, had metal bed frame parts sticking out past mattresses, scratchy blankets, not great for back support. Breakfast not great compared to other hotels at same price. Gym was nice, has a Peloton which is a plus, kitchen in room and bathroom nice, otherwise good except for above.

The only option for parking was valet. The room was spacious but my shampoo bottle was broken, there were hairs in the bath tub, multiple paint chip on the walls, stain on the ceiling, and stains on the carpet throughout the hotel. The breakfast was good, had lots of options. Workers were pretty friendly and helpful.
