The gym is very nice compared to most hotels. The lounge is warm and welcoming. Great staff!

Very peaceful setting. Dining options are great. You can walk to pretty much anywhere downtown in a timely manner. Loved it.

Parking is easiest if you are willing to pay for valet parking. Once you're in, we were checked in less than 10 minutes. Then we were in our room in another 2 minutes, dropped off our bags and we went down to the High Velocity restaurant where we enjoyed bourbon and burgers.

It was a beautiful room with a wonderful view! I think the check out should be later because of the mini marathon though. I do not think charging $20/hour past the 11am check out for racers was convenient at all.

This upscale property was worth every penny. Would definitely recommend. Of particular note was the Bell Captain Scott who assisted with our luggage and was exceptionally helpful and professional.

I understand your comment about the parking, Indy parking pricing does surprise some people as they are not expecting it to be as close to cities like Chicago or New York. Our pricing is consistent within the marketplace for other full-service hotels and we monitor to make sure we are competitive. I apologize that we fell short of your expectations regarding the parking. Be assured I will speak with our team and ensure we communicate the parking rates before and after arrival so that guests are not caught off guard again.

I love the hospitality. Property has FedEx inside. A Starbucks. 2 restaurants. We tried OP. Very good Italian restaurant. A little pricey for us but the food was worth it.
