I enjoyed my stay. Neighborhood is very quiet and serene, my room and bathroom was very clean and neat, staff are friendly and I liked that the kept checking in via sms to see if everything was okay. I liked that they have free coffee 24 hrs in the lobby. The only thing I’d say they need to improve on is breakfast; a little more variety would be cute.

The air conditioning unit was old and loud. Basic room, nothing fancy. Noisy halwways even though my room 204 was far from the elevator. TV is limited. Coffee was horrible, never hot and the regular brew was watery. Good customer service as far as the people, especially Sandra. This location is perfect for those on a tight budget, who only want grab and go items to munch on for breakfast, and nothing fancy.

It took 4 different rooms before we found one I could stay in. The people were very nice and very apologitic, but in the end the rooms had a bit of shabbiness about them. Location for me was perfect and the shower was very nice.

Our stay was nice. We checked for bugs, and there weren't any. The elevator makes a lot of weird noise which is concerning. Other than that, our room was clean, everyone was nice, and we got a good sleep

Great location. Big rooms. Comfortable overall. I’d like to note that I stayed here for 2 nights and my room was by the ice machine, which was very loud and used constantly so the noise of the ice machine was ongoing all day and night. People were somewhat loud while getting their ice as well, so I could hear their whole conversation.
