Omni Severin Hotel
My room did not look like the picture. I requested adjoining rooms initially and did not get them. It took over an hour to get my car from the valet on Sunday morning. That is unacceptable. The staff was very kind and one gentleman in particular was extremely helpful.

Best Western Plus Indianapolis North at Pyramids
The rooms were not well maintained and appeared to have unrepaired water damage on the walls. The room also had an old, musty smell. Overall, it seems this location is overdue for interior renovations.Additionally, the appliances and bedding appear outdated and in need of replacement.
