Checked in late, but the staff was there and waiting, efficient with the entire process. Breakfast was welcome and the young lady working that area was extremely nice greeting everyone as they came down.

Room was clean and the staff were friendly. Wish they had a free breakfast option. Overall a very nice property and within good distance from downtown Indianapolis.

Bottleworks Hotel
Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and thermostat/HVAC quick to accommodate temp setting and maintained temp well. Photos along the hotel corridors added to the swanky vibe of the hotel.

Hyatt Regency Indianapolis
The door of the standing shower would not seal properly - or did not have a rubber stopper, which inadvertently caused a lot of water to spill out of the shower onto the floor; Apart from this minor annoyance, the hotel was good and I enjoyed my stay.
