The lobby areas and bar and restaurants were great and staff was great at both. This is an older building but is well maintained and has been renovated. It is a hidden gem and we would stay here again over some other pricier hotels in the City.

I was extremely impressed with front desk reception. I was attended to by staff member, Jennifer. She made my check in experience absolutely delightful with her professional friendly and courteous assistance I almost hesitated to walk away from the desk.

Valet was not good took ten mins to get vehicle. Times where it was not staffed.

Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown Across from Circle Centre
Breakfast was perfectly fine....they did have bisquits and gravy...practically a food group for Indiana. The location couldn't be better for downtown Indianapolis.
