"Property and the room that I stayed in were clean. A/C worked very well. Plenty of hot water when I showered. Room had a small refrigerator and a microwave.
Had to figure out how to plug in the reading lights over the beds. Neither the telephone nor the clock radio were operational. TV was unplugged when I arrived. When I plugged it in and turned it on, there were no channels available to watch.
All in all, it was a clean, safe, comfortable place to spend the night for a reasonable price."

"This stay was great for our one night trip. The front desk attendant was so nice and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great check in. The room itself was clean and had no problems. Would stay here again if I’m passing through Edna."

"When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us.
Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms."

"Roaches were everywhere. Tub peeling, trash still in room upon arriving, room stunk ,housekeeping wakes you up at 9:30 to see “if you’re staying “ which they should have that information and not bother if one overnighted stay. No pool lights for evening even though they have pool hours til 9pm. So no go on that. Overall I understand why we were LITERALLY the only ones there. Had I know the roaches were so bad I wouldn’t pick it up! Had to leave my clothes and bags in car due to them."

"We paid to rent a kitchenette. First room they checked us into was not a kitchenette. Got moved to a kitchenette. No water pressure in bathroom sink, stove would not boil water and the hood vent cover was missing. Good vent was rusty and moldy. Also the stove which would not boil a pot of water was rusty and dirty."
