"We checked in and the room was very hot. It is an old building dating back 150 years and very little has been done since then to improve it. Our room was on the top of some very steep steps that had no railings. When we went in the room it was extremely hot.The gal said the air conditioning was off and turned it on. . "The bathroom shower could not produce hot water, we had to take cold showers. The knob that turns too select weather water needs to be replaced. A plumber needs to be called in, out is not just the knob, something is setting with the mechanism"
