"Unfortunately the room smelt of cigarettes badly, so much so my clothes smelt afterwards. It was mainly in the bathroom. The property was a good size but needs a refurbishment. Quite old furnishings and carpet etc.
Would only stay again if compensated for the cigarette smell."

"The studio apartment itself was great - very spacious, very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The location is good, being very close to Woolloongaba restaurants/eateries and an easy 18 minute walk to South Bank. Buses also run continuously to South Bank from the Mater Bus Station. The only negative thing I should mention, is that it is very noisy with constant traffic noise, sirens and helicopters,...

"Our room was not cleaned properly with several cockroaches and broken glass in the outside area. The worst thing was a very bad odour that resulted in us changing rooms. The new room was clean and comfortable. However, we left some possessions behind in the move. These were apparently ‘thrown out’ by housekeeping without any attempt to return them. Would never stay here again."
