"My expedia confirmation said checkout was 12, but on arrival the hotel said it was 11. I told the front desk this, but they didn't seem bothered and just said it was wrong on Expedia. It was a bit annoying as we had planned our onward trains based on midday checkout. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the sauna in the gym. It is at least 30mins by bus from the main tourist areas, but we knew this when booking. The big issue was that the lifts were broken for most of our stay. It was annoying to...

"Sehr gut gelegenes und geführtes Hotel nahe am Prater und U-Bahn.
Es fehlt an nichts! Super Hotel, tolle Zimmer, mega Frühstücksbüffet und zum Glück dort zum größten Teil kein Selfservice ! 👌🙌, super nettes Personal!!
Die Zimmer sind klasse, die Betten super bequem ❤️ Wir hatten eine Zimmer mit grossen Doppelbett und Sitzsofa das fast ne kleine Wohnung ohne Küche ist 👍😃 Wasserkocher vorhanden. Safe ebenso. Adresse des Hotels führt direkt in die Tiefgarage. Ideal für einen Trip zu den meisten...

"The air conditioner is off centrally. For two days , the afternoon was warm to bother us . The room was clean but there were holes in the cover sheet on the bed . Very very very small washroom . You barely could close the door even though we are average size people and it has distance from the sink which is very strange . So the design of the room is not good. The location is good and has helpful and very patient staff."

"Excellent. In the center of Vienna. The staff was amazing specially the girl at the front desk and the girl at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was just amazing with a lot of choice. Unexpected and original. "
