The staff need bellboys and also an elevator. It’s difficult carrying heavy luggage plus kids up and dow the stairs. The pool is much smaller than advertised and the hot tub smelled funny.

Last time I’m booking through Expedia. This hotel is not worth $968 for two nights. In town for a youth basketball tournament. Will not be recommending or using Expedia again.
