"This is a great option if you are traveling on a budget and looking for a basic, clean room. This is definitely a no frills hotel, but the room was spotless and the staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The location was great - close to the metro, Montmarte attractions and Sacre Coeur. Not fancy but clean and efficient. The room I had was renovated as well, so even though the hotel itself and the common spaces appeared quite dated, the room itself and the bathroom fixtures were new. Would stay again - good bang for your buck."

"I stayed for 6 nights in one of the single rooms w/view. This is definitely not an American chain hotel- and it is exactly what I wanted. The staff were great, my room was huge by most Paris standards and the view was as promised. There is a small elevator and AC - tho I had no need in late April. There are lots of places to eat and several grocery shops near. I’m definitely looking forward to my next stay. "

"Clean room and had air conditioning. Had issues with the “key pad” door which was not addressed at all. Good thing they had a physical key. No 24/7 support. Run out of toilet paper, good thing a grocery store was open. "

"Excellent hotel close to the two major rail hubs and the Metropolitan. Fresh snacks and lemonade in the afternoon was wonderful after a day touring around Paris. Highly recommend the property. "

"This hotel is great value and clean. Located close to Gare du Nord. The only minus is that Friday and Saturday nights can be a bit loud in the neighborhood. For breakfast, I would recommend the Maison Bayat, an excellent bakery within walking distance."

"Location is perfect to go around the city with a lot of restaurants and bars all around. The hotel is under reconstruction. The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "
