"Very disappointing experience. The elevator was not working properly, and the person who appeared to be the manager admitted it had been out of service for over a month. Only one elevator was functioning for a large number of guests, which caused long delays. The photos online do not match the actual condition of the property at all. "This hotel is under major renovations and as a result there is construction everywhere, The stairwells are closed and the elevators are padded with cardboard. Not the place for someone who may be claustrophobic. The front doors are so battered it looks like someone tried to break in, and the side doors are kept ajar most of the day, which does not give you a feeling of security. The front desk person was nice, but most times there was no one at the desk. There are no amenities to speak of and...

"The property was in good shape and the staff was nice but a couple things were off. We ran out of shower gel, we asked for a replacement, and they assured us they would send someone over. We left the property for several hours and nothing was done about it. When I went to ask the desk they didn't know anything about it and thankfully gave us some bar soap. The kitchenette we had didn't have any soap of sponges for washing the dishes we used etc and there was a single bar in the bathroom. ...

"Overall a great stay. Quiet and comfortable. Our toilet was a bit dirty, and the blinds in an upper window should really be room-darkening. It’s a big, beautiful property. I recommend. "

"We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The internet was spot on. The only issue I had was with the bathroom sink. The drainage was clogged, so the the water went down very slow. The faucet was placed too far back on the sink, which made it very awkward to wash your hands properly. Will definitely come back."
