The staff were very helpful and always available either at the front desk or through whatsapp. Only downside would be how loud it is outside at night, which can't be helped considering the location, but we were provided with ear plugs and were fine. The entry way was well marked, well lit and felt safe. The hotel felt well secured and safe.
