"No frills with good location above the pub. No lobby just have the bartenders of the pub to give keys, our room had no heat and we had to pester the bartender for quite some time to fix the issue and he ultimately just gave us a new room. "

"We stayed at Andaz London for five days. Overall, the experience was decent, with clear strengths and some drawbacks. The location is excellent – very well connected by bus and train, making it easy to get around London quickly. The King room was adequately sized and well equipped. The minibar was refilled daily, and the espresso machine with fresh capsules was a nice touch. Bathroom size is fine, and the toiletries smell great. However, there are several issues. "Wir haben vier Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut hat uns das abwechslungsreiche und frische Frühstücksbüffet gefallen. Unser Zimmer war ruhig, allerdings für drei Personen nicht sehr groß, es hat etwas mehr Ablage und Schränke gebraucht. Die Nähe zu mehreren U-Bahn Stationen hat uns geholfen, die Stadt zu erkunden. "Check in was quick as I completed pre-check in online. The property is on a quite street in the city mile. I had a junior suite which was a great choice, spacious and big bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bath, plus walk in wardrobe. Japanese toilet is a nice touch.
