"The hotel itself was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were small and comfortable and so were the beds. They room was clean but could have used some updates and repairs. We had two main issues with our stay. The first was parking. The website states on-site parking which is definitely not the case. There is a public garage next to the property but was completely full with residents of the area that pay monthly and the staff there was rude. We had to drive several blocks to...

"Overall a horrible experience. The room did not match the photos on the site. The room was extremely dirty. Blood spills and spots everywhere. The room was extremely cold and I tried to turn on some heat but the air conditioner was not working. I do not recommend taking here."

"This place was much cleaner when it first opened. Now the rooms are in need of mor attention. Sheets had holes in them towels was very dingy a white towel looked beige, had hair on them. The sink in the bathroom was broken. Chair in the room stained. This place can definitely use some TLC."

"Check in and out was easy and quick. The hotel was able to deal well with a large number of guests coming and going, I imagine for the World Cup games. But there is insufficient staff to handle the cars. It is much quicker to park yourself. Fortunately it is free. Also no one cleaned our room on the second day. Breakfast was typical for this kind of hotel. They did a good job of keeping it plentiful. The room was designed nicely and adequately."
