"Room was very nice with a great view of the trees. We loved having breakfast available every morning. Thought the retro refrigerator and microwave were so cute. The staff was very friendly and informative. Coffee was great and available at 6 am. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Mammoth Lakes."

My family was locked outside in the dark around midnight on check-in day, with no one answering multiple phone lines for almost 90 minutes. The day before arrival, the property manager messaged via Expedia, "We will send you your room number and the lockbox code on the day of arrival before 3pm." That never happened.
