"Check in/out were easy! Getting in contact with the staff was easy! I had an issue with my room, and they let me change no problem. The room was old, but clean. I was alone, but the area seems creepy. The privacy was limited. My door opened tge opposite way, but it locked! The room served it's use. I would stay again, VERY spacious. Friendly staff! "

"My only suggestion would be to manage all expectations. If you're looking for a budget trucker-style hotel this is the place for you. The gentleman who "checked us in" didn't actually talk to us, just put a piece of paper in front of us for the individuals who were going to check in that night. We chose our piece of paper, I got a ding on my phone saying the payment had gone through, and that was that. When we left the next morning, he was washing his car outside and just kind of glared at us as...

"Check in was pretty simple, with the key waiting outside. The outside of the place was peaceful and laid out in an inviting manner, with a decent view of the lake. We enjoyed the BBQ/sitting area just downhill from the room, which had its own chairs and small table for a quiet sit-down. The neighborhood was dead quiet on the weekend we stayed here. "Terrible! There was no hot water, which is completely unacceptable for the price charged. At a minimum, a hotel should provide basic amenities like a bed and hot running water—this property failed to do so. Admin completely refused to accommodate or discount the stay. Never got back to me when I asked to fix it (stayed there2 nights). Place is ran down, has bugs on the walls, dirty- I found a bunch of hair on the floor! Very disappointing. One good thing- easy parking- this is a motel- park...
